Progress
Airport City Manchester has delivered a £15million infrastructure investment that will support the development of the landmark £1billion project.
The Enterprise Way link road opened at Airport City in November 2017, completed by contractor Beijing Construction Engineering Group International (BCEGI) on time and on budget.
This will help to unlock future development across Airport City North. Over the next 10-15 years this will help to facilitate the creation of 1m sq ft of offices, 650,000 sq ft of advanced manufacturing units and 2,400 new hotel beds as well as creating 11,400 new jobs.
