2019 will be the Manchester at MIPIM Partnership’s 20th year championing the Greater Manchester region at MIPIM, the world’s largest international property market event – and Airport City Manchester is this year’s headline sponsor of the city region’s Manchester Pavilion stand.

Returning to the Manchester Pavilion, the Manchester at MIPIM Partnership will highlight the investment opportunities and progress in the region, putting the people of Manchester at the heart of telling the city’s story and shining a spotlight on the human endeavour, engagement and creativity that breathes life into the vast expanse of development opportunities across the city.

This will all be supported by a new design for the Pavilion which will move away from a traditional exhibition pod layout, creating a space where people can gather, meet and start new conversations.

In this way Manchester plans to challenge some conventions of destination marketing, and to open important conversations around issues of infrastructure, housing, placemaking, and sustainability to name a few.

Airport City Manchester is one of the 91 organisations that are signed up to represent Manchester as part of the Manchester at MIPIM Partnership and it is also one of its lead sponsors.

Airport City will be at MIPM from Monday 11 March to Friday 15 March, represented by senior members of the team including: Jonathan Haigh, Andrew Blackshaw, Andrew Fraser Dale and Caitlin Callaghan.

Jonathan Haigh will also represent the landmark £1billion Airport City project as a keynote speaker on a panel debate around world class infrastructure.
